For years they have been attempting this, but have not been able to effectively use their data resource. This is primarily due to the evolutionary way in which computer based systems and information technologies have evolved.

Most organizations today are struggling to get good information but the current state of their architecture perpetuates a never ending battle to deliver good information. The current system's architectures do not allow this to happen.
